TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The Store

All official VIYACRAZE products are sold exclusively through our verified online storefront at mydukaan.io/viya70. We are not responsible for purchases made through unauthorised resellers or counterfeit listings.

2. Orders & Pricing

Listed prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and a confirmation from our store platform. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud — every edition is a strictly limited production run and availability is not guaranteed until payment succeeds.

3. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours and typically delivered across India within 4–7 working days. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Address accuracy is your responsibility; re-shipment due to incorrect addresses may incur courier charges.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed garments with tags and original packaging. Defective or damaged pieces must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photograph; verified defects receive a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Product Representation

Garment colours may vary slightly between screens and reality; fabric is photographed as accurately as possible. Each piece is produced in limited quantities with minor, intentional variation between units — this is a property of small-batch manufacturing, not a defect.

6. Intellectual Property

The VIYACRAZE name, VIYA emblem, garment designs, prints, photography, and site content are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Care & Liability

Follow the included care instructions (cold wash inside out, no direct ironing over prints). Damage from ignoring care instructions is not covered under exchange. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
