To maintain the tranquility of our creative workspace and ensure 1-on-1 attention, in-person studio visits, preview fittings, and order pickups are hosted by prior appointment through our WhatsApp concierge.

Standard mall t-shirts use thin 140–180 GSM yarn that clings and loses its shape. VIYACRAZE garments are spun from combed 240 GSM high-density cotton that drapes crisply like light outerwear. Fitted with a 2x2 spandex-reinforced collar and custom woven neck-tape, our tees retain their structured boxy fit wash after wash.
We provide a 7-day size exchange window for unused, unworn garments with original tags and packaging intact. For any transit damages or rare defects, ping us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo/video, and we will issue an immediate replacement or full refund.
Machine wash cold (30°C or below) inside-out with mild liquid detergent. Hang dry in shade to preserve fabric density and color richness. Do not iron directly over the DTF graphic or debossed sleeve insignia — iron on reverse with low heat.
