When you place an order through our official store, contact us via the inquiry form, WhatsApp, or email, we collect only what is required to serve you: your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. Payments are processed entirely by our store platform's payment gateway — we never see or store your full card or UPI credentials.
2. How We Use It
Your information is used to fulfil orders, provide sizing and client care over your preferred channel, share shipping updates, and — only with your consent — send you early access codes for new editions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.
3. Communications
By contacting us on WhatsApp or email you consent to replies on that channel. Every marketing message includes a way to opt out. You may request removal from our lists at any time by writing to concierge@viyacraze.com.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
This website stores a small amount of data in your browser (service worker cache) purely to make the experience faster and available offline. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Order records are retained only as long as required for warranty, accounting, and legal purposes. Access to customer data is limited to the VIYACRAZE client care team.
